The working environment of the tension sensor is crucial. It is not only related to the normal operation of the tension sensor, its safety and service life, but also the reliability and safety of the entire scale. Considering the strategic acceleration of the place of use and the influence of air buoyancy on the conversion, the performance indicators of the tension sensor mainly include linear error, hysteresis error, repeatability error, creep, zero temperature characteristic and sensitivity temperature characteristics. We often encounter customers who have just bought a load cell and have not used it. Sometimes the customer has a problem that comes down to the quality of the product, but in fact improper installation and operation often lead to sensor failure. Everyone buys a new tension sensor and often uses it without calibration, so it is extremely incorrect. The accuracy should be corrected with a standard weight or a ring dynamometer to control the error within the standard range before use.

In addition, pull the sensor to handle it gently to avoid vibration or drop and make it error. To install a single tension sensor base, use a level to adjust to the level, and multiple tension sensors should be on a horizontal surface. The rated load of the sensor used is determined based on the range selection of the tension sensor. The base of the sensor must have sufficient strength and rigidity to be clean and free of dirt.

Do not disassemble the sealed sensor housing, protective cover, lead connector, etc., and apply Vaseline on the outer surface of the tension sensor to avoid chemical corrosion. After the sensor is installed, it is not possible to carry out the welding work. The cable should not be lengthened by itself. It is best to use some baffles around the tension sensor to cover the sensor to ensure accuracy.

Pulling pressure sensor troubleshooting method:

1. Pulling the pressure sensor seal ring: The pressure transmitter output does not change, and then the pressure transmitter output suddenly changes, the pressure relief transmitter zero position can not go back, it is likely to pull the pressure sensor seal problem. It is common that due to the sealing ring specification, after the sensor is tightened, the sealing ring is compressed into the sensor pressure guiding port to block the sensor. When the pressure is pressurized, the pressure medium can not enter, but when the pressure is large, the sealing ring is suddenly opened, and the pressure sensor is under pressure. And change. The best way to eliminate this kind of fault is to remove the sensor and directly check whether the zero position is normal. If the zero position is normal, replace the seal and try again.

2. The deviation between the transmitter and the pointer pressure gauge is large: the deviation is a normal phenomenon, and the normal deviation range can be confirmed; the last easy fault is the installation position of the differential pressure transmitter to the zero output. influences. Due to the small measurement range of the differential pressure transmitter, the sensing elements in the transmitter affect the output of the differential pressure transmitter. The pressure sensitive component of the transmitter should be axially perpendicular to the direction of gravity during installation. After installation and fixing, adjust the transmitter zero to the standard value.

3, the pressure goes up, the transmitter output does not go: In this case, first check whether the pressure interface is leaking or blocked, if it is not confirmed, check the wiring method and check the power supply, if the power supply is normal, simply pressurize Whether the output changes, or whether the sensor zero has output, if there is no change, the sensor is damaged, which may be the damage of the instrument or other parts of the whole system;

4, the transmitter output signal is unstable: This kind of fault has the problem of being a pressure source. The pressure source itself is an unstable pressure. It is very likely that the instrument or the tensile pressure sensor is not strong in anti-interference ability, the sensor itself is very vibrating and the sensor is faulty;
