Principle of three-dimensional force sensor:

The three-dimensional force sensor, also known as the three-axis force sensor, the three-component force sensor, and the three-force balance, can simultaneously measure the forces in three vertical axes in the Cartesian coordinate system. The three-dimensional force sensor is based on a strain-type load cell based on the principle of resistance strain, also known as strain-type three-dimensional force sensor. It consists of a spring element, a resistance strain gauge and a Wheatstone bridge circuit. The weight of the object is said to act on the elastic element to deform it to produce a strain. The resistance strain gauge attached to the elastic element converts the strain corresponding to the weight of the object into a resistance change, and then the resistance is passed through the Wheatstone bridge circuit. The change is converted into a voltage output, and the measurement and measurement task can be completed by measuring the voltage output value through the display meter.


3D force sensor application features:

The three-dimensional force sensor can simultaneously detect the change of force values in three directions, X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis (vertical force), and simultaneously output three sets of voltage signals. The sensor has three kinds of measurement loads (per channel), which can be passed. The multi-channel display meter displays the data values.
